East Clinton Branch Library receives $346,792 from NYS 2024 capital funds. The goal of these improvements, according to Assemblyman Pat Burke, is to protect the library from weather-related damage and enhance its sustainability.The money is being funded through the State Aid for Library Construction Program which is a $34 million state initiative.
